HydraTech exhibited at OTEC again this year, showcasing all the applications HydraTite and HydraLock have in the transportation industry. We spoke with various ODOT personnel and emphasized our internal pipe joint sealing contract with ODOT. Many people in this industry don’t know that you can eliminate leaks by sealing from the inside of a pipe. They think grout is their best internal option or that the only long-term solution is replacement. No. HydraTite and HydraLock are installed with little to no effect on traffic, no digging and they will outlast grout by decades.

A lot of people had fun at our booth, especially with our prize wheel, but the other booths had a lot of great ways to pull you in. Every year seems to get more and more interesting. Now, mini golf is not the only booth activity you’ll see. A booth had a driving simulator that allowed you to drive on real roads! There was skee ball, mini cornhole, and one booth even had an augmented reality set up complete with goggles and controllers. These tradeshows continue getting more and more fun.
