We train our field crew on everything that HydraTech does, over and over and over. The goal is to keep everyone working well together, develop and implement fresh ideas, and ensure that each employee is well-rounded.

We recently retrained on HydraWrap. Some employees had a basic understanding from their exposure to other fiber wrap systems, but the HydraWrap system was new to some of them. We want our guys to be well-oiled machine out in the field, so in-house training was needed. We could troubleshoot simple issues like new trainees applying primer a bit too thick.
